A. The trailer working platform is equipped with 22 galvanized rollers measuring 76×3mm. The rollers rotate flexibly, provide smooth and light transmission, and are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
B. The tow bar has dual functions of multi-vehicle connection and braking. It provides braking function when the tow bar is raised or lowered.
C. The front wheels are designed with turntable steering, allowing the vehicle to turn freely up to 100 degrees during operation. The tires are 400-8 solid tires, offering a long service life.
D. According to the dimensions of the container pallet, the trailer is designed with fixed side baffles on the left and right sides, and movable flip plates at the front and rear. All are 30mm higher than the roller surface, ensuring the safety of the container pallet during loading and transportation.
E. The rear is equipped with a rotary towing hook, making operation more convenient and use more reliable.
F. Protective forklift pockets are welded under the channel steel frame to meet practical operation requirements.
